    1. Pick your side. Fits both left and right shoulder.


    2. Slide it on. Stretch the bicep strap and pull it up your arm. The main body should sit across your shoulder.


    3. Adjust the bicep strap. Snug but not too tight.


    4. Fasten the chest strap. Pull across your chest and fasten with the hook-and-loop closure.


    5. Check the fit. Feels snug and stays in place when you move? You're good. If anything pinches or shifts, loosen up.
