1. Choose the Shoulder The sleeve fits both the left and right shoulder.

2. Slide It On Start by attaching the bicep strap, then slip your arm into the sleeve like a shirt and make sure it’s completely centered over your shoulder area.

3. Adjust for Comfort Use the chest strap to achieve a snug, supportive fit. It should feel firm, but never restrict blood flow. If it’s too tight, loosen the straps slightly.
